Steven M. Adler, Esq.
About
No one ever accused me of being a traditional New York lawyer. I understand that you are busy, your family is growing, you are planning for a life of prosperity, and that you value ease, convenience, and efficiency. You want to know that you've made the best decisions for your family, and when it comes to your legal needs, you want your lawyer to be on the same page.
I have over 30 years of experience in the fields of estate planning, probate, real estate, business law and family law. Over the years, I have mastered the art of satisfying and retaining clients for life. I encourage communication with my clients. In fact, I repeatedly inform my clients that I am always available to answer their questions. I personally respond to most phone calls and e-mails on the same day.
Outside of the office, I also lead an active lifestyle. I ride motorcycles in the summer and ski in the winter. I am a certified scuba diver and I love to travel whenever I can. I presently live in Suffolk County and have two grown children.
I was admitted to the New York State Bar in March 1989 and am the founding member of Adler Law. I am admitted to practice law in the State of New York; the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts; and the United States Tax Court. I attended the State University of New York at Albany (B.A. 1982) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1988). I am an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) by the National Organization of Professional Estate Planners (NAEPC). I am also a member of the American Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. Finally, I am a licensed health and life insurance agent and a licensed real estate agent.
"Most legal work is now billed on a flat-fee basis and agreed to in advance, so there are never any surprises. Whether you retain my firm to prepare your estate plan, probate a loved one's will, purchase or sell your home or business, you can rest assured that you and your family are in good hands!" - Attorney Steven M.
