About
Andrew Stamas focuses his practice on probate, trust and estate administration, and real estate matters. He plays a central role in the firm’s probate, administration, and real estate practice areas, working closely with the firm’s partners on case strategy, workflow, and client service to help ensure matters are handled efficiently and with a high level of care.
In his role, Andrew handles and helps manage complex probate and administration proceedings, guides clients through estate-related matters, and handles a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is known for his practical approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate clients through often sensitive and high-stakes situations with clarity and confidence.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Tampa before pursuing a legal career. He received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Margaret C. Reilly at the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court, as well as with private law firms and the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. These experiences helped shape his focus on estate planning, probate and administration, and real estate law.
Andrew joined the Adler Law Firm, PLLC Firm in February 2022 and has since taken on a key role within the firm’s core practice areas, contributing to their development and supporting their day-to-day management.
Outside of his legal work, Andrew is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular passion for tennis. He also enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, writing, and being with family and friends. Andrew was born and raised in Queens, where he continues to reside.
